All orders are FINAL SALE, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, if you experience any issues with your pieces, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We're happy to help where we can!
Please note that we are not liable for damage caused by wear and tear, including incidents where your jewelry may get caught, pulled, or mishandled.
For custom pieces, once your order has been shipped or picked up, we are unable to provide repairs. Every piece is thoroughly inspected, and all clasps are securely fastened before leaving our studio. After that point, care and maintenance are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend handling your jewelry with care and following our care guidelines to help prevent damage or breakage.
